How to use it
Deep Detox:
Take capsules 2 in the morning or evening.
Enhanced Synbiotic:
Take 1-2 capsules daily, 20 minutes before food or 2 hours after. For use alongside antibiotics, take 2 hours away from antibiotic dose.
Metabolic Fix:
Take 2 capsules in the morning with food. Alternatively, take 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch.
Cellular Hydration 100g:
Take 7.5g/1.5 tsp with water before, during, or after your workout. Alternatively, take between meals as an energy pick-me-up. For best flavour, use in cold water. This product contains the prebiotic fibre Inulin, therefore individuals who have SIBO or severe FODMAP intolerance may not tolerate it well.
