Our virtual Recharge features the best in fitness, food, energising self-care practices, and is the perfect way to shed negative energy, boost your metabolism and head into spring feeling completely renewed. Running from March 10th-14th, this incredible live event will lead you through an inspiring 4 days and 5 nights designed to give you the results that ARTAH is known for.

The retreat includes a 5-day meal plan complete with shopping list & recipes, 4 x yoga sessions, 2 x barre workouts, 1 x breathwork session, 1 x sculpting facial, 1 x Ayurvedic head massage with hair treatment, a non-alcoholic cocktail masterclass & a live cookalong.

THE WELCOME PACK

The Experience

Our virtual Recharge features the best in fitness, food and energising self-care practices. Spread over 4 days and 5 nights, it is the perfect way to shed negative energy, boost your metabolism and head into spring feeling completely renewed. This programme combines a delicious, nutrition-forward meal plan with daily movement and wellness workshops for an immersive community experience. After four days, you’ll feel lighter, stronger and reinvigorated.

Food

Our energising Recharge menu focuses on all natural, whole food ingredients and is free from refined sugar, gluten, dairy and chemical additives. It is designed to optimise digestion, support detoxification pathways and provides a calorie conscious guide that can be followed any time you’re in need of a reset. Both plant-based and omnivore options are available. 

Movement

Movement is a core part of all of our programmes. Your virtual retreat features a daily movement schedule that is designed to give you amazing results without stressing your system or causing excess spikes in cortisol. The schedule is packed with dynamic yoga led by Olive del Balzo, sculpting barre led by Maria Eleftheriou, and long self-led walks for some low intensity cardio. We’ve also included an optional deep release hips & hamstrings session – the perfect antidote to the stay-at-home desk life.  

Treatments

Just because we can’t venture out doesn’t mean we can’t indulge in a little pampering. Your experience wouldn’t be complete without some holistic self-led body therapies including a sculpting facial from our lead retreat facialist Catriona Rose, and a special Ayurvedic head massage. with hair treatment, led by Fable & Mane founders Akash and Nikita using their best selling HoliRoots hair oil. 

Workshops

Your retreat kicks off with a welcome talk and introduction to our nutrition principles led by Nutritionist, Naturopath & ARTAH founder Rhian Stephenson. On Friday, you’ll experience the incredibly transformative power of a live breathwork session, led by renowned breathwork specialist Richie Bostock aka The Breath Guy.  The weekend line-up features an alcohol-free cocktail masterclass hosted by our friends at Seedlip, and a cooking workshop hosted by Natalie Chassay and Rhian, with lots of opportunities to discuss how you can keep up the healthy habits once your retreat is over.

THE TEAM

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You will receive your virtual welcome pack on March 3rd. This will include your health waiver, itinerary, meal plan, recipes & shopping list. Your welcome pack will be sent in the post the week before the retreat. Please note, in order for you to receive your welcome pack and all relevant zoom links, we must have a valid postal address and email contact. 
Don’t worry, all sessions will be recorded*. If you are unable to attend the session in person, please let us know and we will send you the zoom recording, which will be available for 24 hours. *The breathwork session can only be accessed live. 
We know that it’s easier (and more fun!) to do the programme with whomever you share your house with. If you wish to take part as a household, the second guest will only need to pay a £100 supplement for the welcome pack. 
While we encourage you to take part in the whole programme, nothing is mandatory! This retreat is all about what makes you feel good, so please only do what you are comfortable with. 

Absolutely not. While the live events are offered via Zoom, we encourage you to switch off and avoid screen time outside of these sessions. 

Yes, the live sessions are before and after work on Thursday and Friday, so if you are unable to take time away from work, you will still be able to enjoy all of the benefits of the retreat. 
If you have an uncomplicated pregnancy and are currently exercising, the programme is perfectly safe during pregnancy. Pregnant guests will need to inform us of their pregnancy so that our instructors are able to give the correct modifications during the workouts. You will also be provided with a separate meal plan.

We are not able to ship our welcome packages overseas, however you are still welcome to join the programme and take part in the retreat. 

You will receive a nutrition e-book that contains your meal plan, recipes and shopping list for the retreat. Please note, ARTAH does not provide a meal delivery service. 

Yes, guests will be provided with both a plant-based and omnivore option. 

Some of the recipes will include the use of a blender, however if you don’t have one you will be able to find substitutions.

The programme includes one intermittent fast, however this is optional. We will provide guidelines for both the IF day and normal day for those who are uncomfortable with IF. 

Yes, our instructors will offer options from beginner to advanced levels for all sessions.

Breathwork is an amazing self-care practice that has benefits for everyone. It has been shown to reduce anxiety, increase energy, improve sleep, improve performance and cardiovascular health, and help let go of stress and trauma.  

As per the current Covid-19 guidelines, all retreat activities will be done in the comfort of your own home. We can’t wait to retreat with you in real life as soon as it is safe to do so!

"My time at ARTAH can be summed as an incredible 7 days complete physical and mental transformation. On a fitness note, the instructors are the best at their game and were very attentive to every guest’s fitness level and requirements. The workouts and hikes are engaging and never repetitive. Each is designed to achieve a new goal and teach you practice skills that you can incorporate into your regular fitness routine.The space is designed to a very high standard, whilst maintaining the cosy ‘home away from home’ feeling. There is enough space if you wanted to be social, or have alone time. The food was delicious and, surprisingly, very satisfying. I left ARTAH with a new mental focus and a new body.
