Our transformative week-long signature programme is designed to make you feel incredible and is perfect for anyone looking to feel completely restored and invigorated.  An intense but low impact fitness schedule is paired with 1200 calorie per day organic, locally sourced nutrition along with restorative body treatments and periods dedicated to rest to allow your body to completely transform. Pre and/or post retreat health tests including food allergy, hormone profile, digestive function, cholesterol and body composition analysis are available upon request.



Our signature programme will get you moving in all the right ways. Over the course of the week you’ll hike over 50km of beautiful Spanish terrain, find your flow in daily vinyasa yoga and nourish your body with restorative deep tissue and detoxifying massages.  If you’re looking for additional activity, guests can swim, try our fully equipped gym or take the house bicycles out to explore the surrounding landscape


Our menu focuses on delicious local ingredients, prepared to give you energy and support your body’s natural healing process. The plant based menu is calorie controlled and designed to optimize digestion and transform your energy. During the week, you’ll also take part in a cooking demonstration led by our in-house chef to teach you techniques from our menu and help you master the basics of healthy meal prep.
