Running from March 10th – 14th the Virtual Recharge features a brand new retreat menu complete with recipes and a shopping list, a movement schedule filled with yoga and barre, a breathwork masterclass, and a nutrition Q&A with our founder, Rhian Stephenson. The programme also features a sculpting facial workshop with our lead retreat facialist, an Ayurvedic head massage & hair treatment, a non-alcoholic masterclass with Seedlip Drinks and a cookalong to get you even more comfortable in the kitchen!
