The Yoga Library was created by Jaime Hepburn to provide you with that studio feeling from the comfort of your own home. It is a space for you to study movement and mindfulness, and a place for you to come home to your breath. It is an on-demand studio + community membership designed to support you in your home practice. In the Library, you’ll find 150+ classes to choose from, in a variety of styles including Slow Flow, Power, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama/Breathwork. Classes vary in length from 10-90 minutes and are categorized by level, mood and focus, with a curated playlist to match each. The extensive library of classes ensures that you have everything you need, depending on how you feel.
Jaime Hepburn has over five years and 3000+ hours of experience teaching and has developed the knowledge and confidence to create and lead beautiful, well-designed classes. Her sequences are always set to a consciously curated ‘groovy’ soundtrack for which she is remembered. She does not believe in a one size fits all approach to yoga and pushes students to formulate their own paths within a given framework. Her classes are always all-levels, and welcoming to all.

Loved it!

I really loved Clean Slate, really creative recipes and loved including the contrast showers and exercise – The dressings and sauces made it feel very chefy and fancy! I blocked out a week with no social engagements and when my husband was away with work so could selfishly follow it to the letter! I’m already looking forward to his next business trip so I can do it again.
